RADIUS AISA 跨文化宣教訓練是一個為期十個月的全時間跨文化宣教訓練，位處台中文化多元的東協廣場附近。 透過前往宣教禾場之前的訓練，RADIUS ASIA與教會和差會配搭，裝備準備委身長期跨文化工場的弟兄姊妹，在尚未進入差會之前，接受全方位的跨文化宣教訓練。 從如何學習語言、工場上的實際生活能力，到如何從世界觀的層面傳講全備的福音，建立成熟的當地教會，我們以工場上實際的挑戰和建立當地教會的終極目標為原則，由有實際跨文化宣教經驗的宣教士授課，裝備願意委身跨文化長宣的弟兄姊妹完成主耶穌所交付的大使命。

禾场伙伴是一個提供給從事跨文化宣教領域的在線資源渠道 我們的創辦人 — 巴柝聲與柯慈恩夫婦在宣教禾場的領域服事超過50年，深知對宣教士的裝備及其支持的教會，差會和持續教導的必要性。通過“禾場夥伴”，他們與其他經驗豐富的宣教事工機構一同合作，在跨文化宣教使命中傳遞了數十年的智慧與經驗，來鼓勵和幫助裝備新世代的華人宣教士。
