RADIUS AISA 跨文化宣教训练是一个为期十个月的全时间跨文化宣教训练，位处台中文化多元的东协广场附近。 透过前往宣教禾场之前的训练，RADIUS ASIA与教会和差会配搭，装备准备委身长期跨文化工场的弟兄姊妹，在尚未进入差会之前，接受全方位的跨文化宣教训练。 从如何学习语言、工场上的实际生活能力，到如何从世界观的层面传讲全备的福音，建立成熟的当地教会，我们以工场上实际的挑战和建立当地教会的终极目标为原则，由有实际跨文化宣教经验的宣教士授课，装备愿意委身跨文化长宣的弟兄姊妹完成主耶稣所交付的大使命。

禾场伙伴是一个提供给从事跨文化宣教领域的在线资源渠道 我们的创办人 — 巴柝声与柯慈恩夫妇在宣教禾场的领域服事超过50年，深知对宣教士的装备及其支持的教会，差会和持续教导的必要性。通过“禾场伙伴”，他们与其他经验丰富的宣教事工机构一同合作，在跨文化宣教使命中传递了数十年的智慧与经验，来鼓励和帮助装备新世代的华人宣教士。
